Ripped is representative of pain that is created forcefully and painfully. Outside your control. I was listening to the radio and yet another female runner had been attacked and killed. I thought how her family had started the day in a normal way. How she got up for her regular morning jog, expecting her day to go as it always does. Instead she was raped and her life taken. Her family was suddenly dealing with unexpected and immense pain and loss. Life is just so unfair sometimes, and Ripped represents that aspect of pain.
